  Not quite what we expected. Last year, my wife and I were in and out in less than 20 min. We ended up sitting there for 2 hours while the tax preparer next to us did 4 people in the amount of time we were there. Our return was fairly easy so we had no idea what was taking so long. It turned out they were employing a person who was not ceritfied to do taxes. The tax preparer next to us had to keep coming over and fixing his mistakes. This was quite frustrating. When we were finally done, we still were charged full price. They offered no compensation for the time wasted, we told them we would not be returning next year and they did not care. They replied "ok". We will be contacting the owner.
